Description

Offentligkonst.se has a pop-up telling visitors that there are no images due to the BUS case. This message refers to a date which is now a few years in the past. We should update the message with the year.

The file is https://github.com/Wikimedia-Sverige/ODOK/blob/dialog/site/index.html (note the dialog branch). And the year to be added is 2017.

Patch is prepped at https://github.com/Wikimedia-Sverige/ODOK/pull/40 but deployment is blocked by connection issues to the server

Repo cannot be synced with site due to the server being completely outdated. Manually fixed the year though
