Description

Steps to reproduce:

What happens:

I get the Spendenseite but have to start at step 1. Zahlweise and mode of payment are preselected but the Wunschbetrag is empty.

What I would expect:

That I end up in step 2 of the Spendenseite with the summary on top mentioning my Wunschbetrag.

Only happens on wikipedia.de ... on .org seems fine.

• chrp moved this task from Heap to Deploy on the WMDE-FUN-Funban-2019 board.

The fix was not enough - the contents of the hidden betrag field need to be Enlish-Formatted, not German-Formatted
