A no diff edit like this one shouldn't be displayed on Watchlist or RC: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Menstrual_cup&curid=454390&diff=926121471&oldid=923607123&diffmode=source, through an option "hide if no changes since last viewed" should be provided in the interface.

@Trizek-WMF: Assuming this is about MediaWiki-Page-diffs, hence adding project tag so others can find this task when searching for tasks under that project. Edit-Review-Improvements-Integrated-Filters seems to be about recent changes and watchlists but not page diffs, so I'm not sure if that should be set here?
T14191 and T20454 sound like alternative / contradicting proposals.
This task is to create an option to hide diffs with no changes on Watchlist or RCs. I'm clarifying.
Specifically when the group of diffs since the article was last seen results in no changes.
