Currently it's not possible to search items by values of date statement. See https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Wikidata:Project_chat&oldid=1054523797#A_form_interface_to_run_some_basic_queries,_particularly_people_searches???

Not sure why Discovery-Search was added here - it's up to each team to decide what they want to have on their board, hence removing.
