As a result of the discussion in the global renamer mailing list, I am going to rename wikimedia accounts S205643 and S205643bot respectively. The bot account is 1,000,000+ edits. So if the problems occur, please check this out.
The work will be carried out on tuesday. I think it will be started washington D.C. time at 9:00 a.m.

Normally there is no need to tag DBA for such operations, but given how big these two renames are, I am also going to tag SRE and ping a few people from Wikidata given that there is a migration going on.
I cannot recall the last time we did such a big rename.

As I said in the global renamers mailing list, the only thing I'm worried about is FlaggedRevs and AbuseFilter tables that might keep the user_text instead of normalized actor_id. Just keeping in these two in mind would be enough for me.
