We'll probably tackle this at some point after we have the basics of Preliminary check and Compare done.

I don't think we will do this because:

We support IP and IP range search on Special:Investigate, so part of the task is done ("Support querying for IP/IP Ranges")
Temporary accounts will make seeing the information in the preliminary page less useful, because you would be less likely to be starting a check on an IP or IP range
The tab is currently called 'Account information' and displays a lot of information that is specific to accounts only
