[Leadership Framework]

  • What are the things everyone in the project should know?
    • This is a multi-year program that will result in a holistic leadership development model and adjacent resources for identifying, training and growing leaders from different global locations and populations. The first year will focus on leading a joint CE research project in partnerships with regional experts to create an informed approach. This program will increase diversity of leadership in the movement by providing shared clarity on how to grow within the movement and shift the definition and narrative of what it means to be a leader in the movement. This will allow volunteers or communities to pursue a leadership pathway that meets their needs and allow flexible movement between different types of movement leadership.
