I've uploaded new patch sets to I93d931ab60305ad49a6e419f8269c77791a3938d and to I6c00cb8f32be7fb7f02deeac374378352b51a4ed, yet jenkins-bot does not respond at all; the changes do not show up on https://integration.wikimedia.org/zuul/. Cindy-the-browser-test-bot did respond on I6c00cb8f32be7fb7f02deeac374378352b51a4ed, yet nothing from jenkins; neither on patch set upload, nor on commenting recheck by either me or @dcausse.

There is a circular dependencies between the mediawiki/core and CirrusSearch changes due to the Depends-On fields. Zuul does not support that and silently bails out.
I guess the fix is to have the MediaWiki core change to be back compatible, which it should usually.
