I sent a private email to Dan on 2021-07-11; no reply so far either. Thus I have disabled Dan's three Herald rules H240, H241, H242 for the time being as Dan doesn't seem to be active lately, and as Herald rules slow down performance.

@Danmichaelo: Happy to see you edit and re-enable a rule, once these are wanted/needed again (see initial task description here). Thanks for your understanding!
