Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Login to the Wikipedia Library card platform with meta-wiki https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org
  • Select "Collection" from the user drop-down menu
  • You will see two tabs on the "Your collection" page in the order: "Manual access" and "Proxy/Bundle access".

This task is about switching the two tabs, keeping "Proxy/Bundle" first and the default access method for users, since it contains so much content.
