Thanks! I've renamed it to User-Apap04 as it gets confusing if the username does not match the name of the User- project.

Garrr, I am very sorry for that. Renaming back did not fix it either, but looks like trying very random stuff in T224662#5687879 helped here.

As a workaround, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/4396/ should always work (but is not obvious).
