Per conversation with @Cmjohnson on IRC last week (and also back in April):

• cablemgmt-eqiad- A7, B7, C3-C7, D1-D8 are the very last active assets that have no asset tag assigned to them.
• This has been the case for a few months now. It has also been showing up as an outlier/error in reports etc. for a long time now.
• These are 2U cable managers that are slated to be replaced with 1U cable managers (hence the delay in asset-tagging them). That has been the plan for months now, but it's a low priority task and trumped by the backlog in the site, and as such there is no specific timeline for it.
• Asset tagging the existing 2U cable managers (15 in total) should be a quick and easy task: slap a few stickers, update Netbox to record the asset tag, and also rename the objects to cablemgmt-wmfNNNN.
• Whether asset tagging cable managers is a good idea is not obvious or clear. However, given all the other cablemgmt both in eqiad, and all other sites have asset tags, and that it's a few minutes of work to complete this, the consensus was to just do it :)

TL;DR let's asset-tag these 15 cable managers ASAP :)
