WikiFeeds in Labs not running

wikifeeds.wmflabs.org returns 502, suggesting the service in Labs is not running, which causes RB tests to fail.

This was caused by a faulty node modules installation. The service should be running again now. The related patches are follow-ups to ensure against the issue occurring again in the future.
