QICBot hasn't closed a single nomination for 5 days. There is a huge backlog, its operator Dschwen is not active now.

No, it was a request for obtaining authorization of medical treatment (Vet) of a Bot. No longer required as I checked it using an alternative toolforge tool, and it's now fine. I am not interested in adoption. Thanks for asking.
