Please create a mailman mailing list with the following settings:

*List name: wikilovesafrica@lists.wikimedia.org
*Reasoning/explanation of purpose: This is the mailing list for coordination between the people, groups, and chapters organizing the Wiki Loves Africa contest.

*Initial list administrator's email address''': fdevouard@gmail.com

*Secondary list administrator's email address: isla@wikiinafrica.org and reachout2isaac@gmail.com

I'm not really sure what you're looking for from us, @jbond but if you just want a sanity check: makes sense to me and the requesters are known and trusted members of the community, both involved in the relevant area.

Hello Isaac,

I have now created the wikilovesafrica mailing list. you should now be able to access the general and the admin pages, the admin password should have been emailed to fdevouard@gmail.com. I have enabled authorisation for new subscribers however all other settings have been left in in there default configuration. Please review all settings and ensure they are configured correctly. Please also add the mailing list to the Mailing list overview page.
