Description

Currently only Guillaume can merge changes in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/projects/wikidata/query/deploy.
Other discovery members should be able to do this to enable us deploy releases when Guillaume is away.

raising prio as we would like to deploy a new version today

@Gehel has the ownership for the repository

From T238580 I have created the Gerrit group wikidata-query-owners https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/groups/1717,members and added @Gehel and @dcausse . So they should now be able to add users in other groups or tweak any wikidata/query/* repository access rights
