rsyncs not happening from dumpsdata1001 to labstore boxes

Description

While dumps are running, the index.html page on the labstore boxes says they are idle, and files from the current (Dec 10 run have apparently not been copied around to them, though the updates have made it to dumpsdata1002.

Data verified to be going out to labstore1006. Closing this miserable excuse for a ticket. And kicking myself for not remembering basic bash array syntax, yet again.
