Banners are based on the variant banner of desktop-de-15.

Acceptance Criteria

• The changes to the breakpoints introduced by T238551 are applied to both the control and the variant banner (except for the increased font size).
• As in T239603, there are two additional payment interval options (quarterly and semi-yearly).
  • In viewports between 900 pixels and 1400 pixels width, the interval options are displayed one below the other.
  • In viewports below 900 pixels width, the interval options are displayed four options per row, the last one wrapping to the next row.
• The control banner has the same height as the variant banner.
• The control banner's form does not ask if users want to provide their address (neither as the 4th section, nor on a second page).
• The label of the submit button in the control banner is "Weiter, um Spende abzuschließen"
