Description

The repository operations/debs/poolcounter-prometheus-exporter uses poolcounter as a prefix when all the other debs use prometheus-<name>-exporter. See list at:

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/projects/?filter=prometheus

The Gerrit repository should be moved to operations/debs/prometheus-poolcounter-exporter

The Debian package should be renamed as well (via debian/changelog, debian/control)

Except that's the name of the software we're packaging https://github.com/Wikia/poolcounter-prometheus-exporter so I think there's little we should do there

I don't see why we could not use a different name for the Debian package. The Debian projects already does that with the upstream repository nginx-prometheus-exporter being renamed as the package prometheus-nginx-exporter. There is no consistency in the upstream names since that comes from different organizations, but Debian got them all nicely aligned as prometheus-<name>-exporter.
