On https://de.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Faultier, the footnote is [1,1] (with a comma) in the text and [1.1] (with a dot) in the reference list on the German beta wiki.
The problem doesn't occur in English beta wiki.

I get a different bad effect, probably just confusing things to mention in this bug, but:
I'm confused about the bug described here. The article text was rendered and should be the same for both of us. But there is no "[2,1]" footnote marker in the text. Only [1], [1,1], and [1,2]. Would you please include a screenshot so we can be sure we're talking about the same part of the page?
