Hi.

1. Open an article.
2. Open for editing in VE.
3. Put a cursor in the middle.
4. Enter abc [[.
5. Links window opens.
6. Enter #Bio

Expected 1: nothing happened.
or
Expected 2: autocomplete to section name "Biography"
Got: autocomplete to article names, starting with "Bio".
Expected 2 is the best, but at least it should be expected 1. There should not be articles there.
