On Meta, searching for "Wikipedia" doesn't show the actual article on Wikipedia in the suggestions.
Steps to reproduce:
Actual result:
The Wikipedia article is not in the suggestions.
Expected result:
Wikipedia is the first suggestion.

I can't seem to reproduce the issue (see screenshot). Not sure what might be the issue here. @Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE : could you confirm that this isn't a transient error?
I tried and now it works for me too, both logged out and with the old Vector skin like in the original screenshot. I guess something was fixed in the last five years🙂
