we need to install EntitySchema and this extension is not available with 1.33 and older mediawiki.
I will submit a ticket to the EntitySchema team to explain me why it is not available.
Our current production is in 1.32 I was planning to update to 1.33 but my user need this extension.

The 1.33 docker image already includes the EntitySchema extension.
This was done in T226152: Add EntitySchema extension to wikibase-docker bundle image
As that is the reason for this request I will decline the version of 1.34 until it is full released (purely to reduce maintenance overhead).
It's highly likely that at some point in 2020 we may start making builds for release candidates etc too though
