Currently, we only produce events on article creation. We should produce events on article edit. See https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/ores-deploy/browse/master/config/00-main.yaml$185

https://github.com/wikimedia/ores/pull/334 -- Adds "main_edit" and "main_creation" as events that we can emit scores on.
