WWT: Update Help links to add ons in store [placeholder]

Description

As a WWT user, I want to see relevant Help links in the add-on stores, so that I can access information on the tool and its usage.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Provide a link to [TBD] in the Chrome and Firefox add-on stores for the WWT tool
  • The Help text should state the following: [TBD]
