I recently had my phone repaired and it was wiped and restored from backup in the process. My Google Authenticator app was totally reset without any accounts. I can't log into Horizon (and probably will eventually not be able to get into wikitech).

I tried disabling 2FA from instructions at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Two-factor_authentication#Disabling_two-factor_authentication, but my scratch codes are not accepted. Can someone help?
