Help newcomers quickly understand the basics of .pipeline/config.yaml by providing a simple tutorial among the other forms of Pipelinelib documentation.

@LarsWirzenius, are you available to give them a run through? Or @zeljkofilipin might be a good candidate if he can spare the cycles away from Quality-and-Test-Engineering-Team (QTE).

@dduvall Thanks, I'll read them through and comment. Hunt me down with a torch if I've not done so by Friday morning in California.

I've read through the three tutorials. They look clear, correct, and complete. I can't think anything to add.

(Except, in a fantastical future, automatically testing the tutorials in CI.)
