When a link within an article spans from one page to the next, it cannot be selected at the beginning of the next page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_technology
2. Go to second page (after sections and quick facts screen)
3. Navigate to the link at the end of the page that shows "information"
4. Click on the link - it works
5. Scroll to next page; first link on page shows "and communications technology"
6. Try to select. Link not selectable

Expected results:
All links should be selectable even when words are divided across pages
