As a WWT user, I want the 'welcome tour' pop-up to be consistently displayed in the same place, so that it is located in a consistent and user-friendly location.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Investigate and determine cause of inconsistent welcome tour location
- Share findings with the team and proposed solution
- If possible (i.e., small in scope with minimal work/coordination), implement a fix to the issue
Details of Problem:
For some articles/revisions, I have seen the Welcome Tour in the wrong place.
These include:
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mehnga_Singh
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bali%C5%A1
- https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Vaughan_Oliver&oldid=14174682 (but it is ok in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaughan_Oliver)
I have not seen a particular pattern of where it appears correctly and where incorrectly.
