Steps to reproduce:
Visit https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Special:TrackingCategories
Search for "timeline-tracking-category"

On the column to the right there is a description for the category
Expected result:
Some description (e.g. "Pages in this category contain timelines")
Actual result:
No description is given for the timeline tracking category

Please create a new message timeline-tracking-category-desc with a category description added to en.json, and create timeline-tracking-category-desc in qqq.json with an explanation for translators
