Description

On the English Wikipedia, the "hide registered users" toggle on Special:NewPages is not working, it does not hide creations made by logged in users

Unable to replicate on other projects.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Access Special:NewPages
  2. Click Hide registered users

Expected results: New Pages created by registered users will not be shown

Current results: New pages created by registered users are being shown
