Problem
Wikimedia Czech Republic changed logo to a black one, see https://wikimedia.cz. The new logo in horizontal format is available at Wikimedia Commons.
Proposed solution
Change static/wmcz.png to match the new logo version.
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/map-of-monuments repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
