Observed on desktop site https://mediawiki.org.

Steps to reproduce

Somehow get yourself/your IP blocked on a wiki with StructuredDiscussions
Now write a to reply to any thread in namespace where it's enabled.
When you attempt to save; observe a block message saying you cannot save

Expected result

Wikitext in the block message should be parsed. [[Project:EX|Example]] should show as a wikilink "Example"

Actual result

Wikitext in the block message is not parsed. [[Project:EX|Example]] is rendered literally as is.
