When user send mail to another user Special:EmailUser, it just delivery text what can confuse users, as mails are sent by wiki@wikimedia.org:
Maybe we should add information before the text something like:
User $1 sent you mail via [$link Special:EmailUser]. This is content of original message: (content of message)
There is a text at the end of the mail (msg emailuserfooter)

This email was sent by $1 to $2 by the "Email this user" function at {{SITENAME}}. If you reply to this email, your email will be sent directly to the original sender, revealing your email address to them.It is possible that your mail program toggled it into the "..." after P.S. or the wiki empty that message
