sec-warning page uses the term "Wikipedia" incorrectly
Closed, ResolvedPublic

The message "Your Browser's Connection Security is Outdated" at etc. says "Wikipedia is making the site more secure" in 11 languages. The message is incongruous on non-Wikipedia wikis; it needs to be "Wikimedia" or better "Wikimedia projects including Wikipedia are getting more secure", to avoid dubious distinctions between a supposed "Wikipedia" entity, subject of the verb, and "the site", object.

I've clarified the title per T241309#5776114. The other tasks are orthogonal to this and it's just confusing to merge them.
