Rename "Total Number of Code Reviews" as it is actually the number of created Changesets

  1. Go to "Gerrit 🡒 Changesets" on "Gerrit 🡒 Overview": https://wikimedia.biterg.io/goto/7cb967eef5dc53b06f52a9a0ee63cf5f and look at the number of changesets created in 2018: 57092
  2. Go to "Total Number of Code Reviews" on "Gerrit 🡒 Approvals": https://wikimedia.biterg.io/goto/0d79dddb1f24742745d7b542945fec09 and look at the number of changesets reviewed in 2018: 57092

I think it's rather unlikely that the number of created patches and the number of code reviews in 2018 have exactly the same number?
