Hello,
would it be possible to get a tox + gettext Docker image for the use of WMCZ-Tracker? I'd like to test locales are properly updated automatically, so it doesn't depend on code review.
I believe it can be useful to other gettext users as well.
Would it be possible?

Is everything you need in the gettext package? https://packages.debian.org/stretch/gettext
If so we can probably just include it in the tox docker image because it's so small.
