Looks good so far! Three things:
01) New indicator should disappear after the first time a tag’s been added 👇
02) Copy deviates from what’s defined in the task’s description. Not that’s it’s bad, just like to know the rationale behind the changes. Merci!
03) Image tag contribution are not counted as contribution in profile stats yet (and are not triggering the profile stats page, e.g. after the first image tag edit)

Unfortunately this is not yet done on the server side (product infrastructure). This will need to be broken off into a separate task for them to handle.
