The dykstats tool is no longer working, error "no web service". It has not been working for some time. The tool is noted under rule 1 in WP:DYKSTATS. I reported this on WP:DYK talk page, suggested posting here. Thanks.

The current situation is intentional: https://tools.wmflabs.org/dykstats/ is listed on https://tools.wmflabs.org/trusty-tools/
Nobody has yet migrated dykstats to a supported operating system: dykstats was still running on a machine using an operating system which saw its end of life (no security fixes anymore) in April 2019. See https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/Trusty_deprecation and https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/Toolforge_Trusty_deprecation for more information what needs to be done.
