It is possible for the title of an article to contain HTML, most commonly italicized text such as names of creative works or names from biological nomenclature. e.g. [[Battlestar Galactica]] or [[Homo sapiens]]
However, mobile-html does not seem to be preserving the HTML in the page title, and only outputs the title in plain text.
