QRCode-Generator: Add pre-generated title, description and category while uploading

Description

It would be helpful if we can get pre-generated title, description and category while uploading the QR codes. The pre-generated title is needed to prevent multiple uploads of the same file to Wikimedia Commons. The title, description and category can follow the below pattern.

  1. Title: File:QR Code - siteurl - Pagename.svg (For example: QR Code - meta.wikimedia.org - West Bengal Wikimedians-Bylaws.svg)
  2. Description: QR Code for pageurl (For example: QR Code for https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/West_Bengal_Wikimedians/Bylaws)
  3. Category: sitename QR Codes (For example: Category:Bengali Wikisource QR Codes)

Before working on this request, I will need the permission of @srishakatux. It is developed as part of my GSoC Internship, not in an individual capacity. And Srishti Ji is one the owner of this tool. Also this app is part of MediaWiki-API-Demo.

@Jayprakash12345: I don't understand what you mean by "permission"... https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/qrcode-generator also lists you as a maintainer? Maybe you meant "agreement" instead?

The source code of the this tool is under the mediawiki-api-demos's demo apps. See qrcode-generator. This app is intended to show how to make mediawiki-api request with OAuth. All demo app was intended to minimize as much as possible in term of code. So adding extra code apart from the demo goal will make it hard to understand. Therefore I need the permission of Srishti Ji to add extra code. The other option is to create a fork of this app on Gerrit. In both situations, I will need permission.
