Lacking particular technical knowledge, I wish to point out that several Wikimedia sites (for example, Wikipedias), currently seem to experience performance problems. The graphs at the Grafana page which is linked from the old status.wikimedia.org page show apparent issues with Varnish and a recent plunge in "ats-tls availability (2m) for text + upload". Although this seemed to be better right now, I got again time-outs and even a "not found" message on that Grafana page itself, so I'm leaving this to experts here to look at and deal with. Thank you!
