@LeanneS Usually for staff and contractors we need a confirmation from @Lgruwell-WMF to grant access.
As this is an external contractor through Engage, I'm unsure if that's the same process. Once we have that clear, I can create the SSL client certificate for Pat and we can get her civi account set up the same as the other engage users.
