Steps to Reproduce:

Set the app theme to be black.

Actual Results:

The bottom navigation bar remains bright and uneasy for the eyes.

Expected Results:

Bottom navigation bar should be dark.

Isn't that a system/built-in (your smartphone's) navigation bar? Doesn't look like it's related to Wikipedia app. Try enabling dark mode in your device.
