Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open any drop down on mobile VE. For example: Go to Media Settings>Advanced and try to select an from the "Image Type" option.

Observe that none of the options are visible. This happens for all other drop downs such as while trying to select a specific group for a references list or inside code block inspector for Language drop down. Check the screenshots.

I can't reproduce this.

@matmarex: This is happening on iOS, I am able to replicate it consistently on iPhone5s iOS 11 and iPhone 6s plus running iOS 13.1.2

During Standup we determined that @Esanders and @Ryasmeen will test this together.

I managed to reproduce this on Chrome (desktop + mobile emulation). The cause is the same as T242493.
