This is to test that appendtext and prependtext edits go through when the md5 hash of the appendtext or prependtext or both concatenated is passed.
If a user makes an edit to a page passing the md5 hash of the appendtext or prependtext parameter or both concatenated, it should return a success and the texts should be contained in the page.
In the case where the wrong md5 is passed in, it should throw an error with the code "badmd5".
