Place templates above categories on Danish Wikipedia

Description

As per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:AutoWikiBrowser#Templates_before_categories%3F, it would be useful (as in "not contrary to local manual of style") to have AWB not move templates to below categories.
