ZD 720707 cid=3274181 was an unintended recurring donor, where we canceled and refunded the second (unintended) donation.

Sandra spotted that the donor then got the Annual recurring summary (showing the refund as a still-existing donation). If there's a way to filter out these cases (a script that suppresses the send for cases where there's only 1 unrefunded donation from an inactive/canceled recurring donation) that would reduce donor confusion, and we wouldn't be sending confirmations of donations that have been refunded.

Actually, now that I dig deeper, it looks like this might be the result of an audit file issue! The refunded Ingenico donation 4002643739 was fully refunded:

but still shows as a donation in Civi, so maybe this issue would be mitigated by a more robust audit file process? I guess the goal is to not send TY emails for donations that we've refunded, as it confuses donors.
