Requesting +2 rights for Mvolz for operations/deployment-charts

Description

I was previously granted access to prod servers in order to deploy Zotero and Citoid, however since the move to deploying with helm, I no longer have all the required permissions to do a full deploy since it now requires +2 rights on operations/deployment-charts.
