Description

Clicking on a map pin in a map frame in EN Wikipedia:

expected behaviour: should trigger the popup
actual behaviour: puts the map into fullscreen mode

Clicking on a map pin does trigger the popup in editing preview mode, and when in fullscreen, but not within the normal embdedded frame in a published page.

Browser: Chrome 79.0.3945.117
Same issue in IE edge and Firefox, Windows 10

MSantos edited projects, added Maps (Kartographer); removed Maps (Map-Styles).

This is because dynamic maps require lots of javascript, inflating the page payload of articles, so they are only loaded on demand on wikipedia.
